Feeling good today - less sore than I thought I would be. Ready for another productive work week.
81 miles it is. 4 flats is enough for one day. The worst part is that I was feeling GREAT today. Oh well, 81 miles is still pretty serious.
At mile 81 caught my 4th flat of the day, waiting for the SAG - if they have a remedy for me I’ll finish, if not I’m done.
SAG stop 40 miles in. Feeling great! http://yfrog.com/0uql6j
Getting ready to ride 100 miles at the Baton Rouge Bike Club spring century in St. Francisville. Must. Not. Quit.

Home sweet home.
Making good time on the road back to nola. I enjoyed spending time in ATX, feeling refreshed and ready to get back to my projects.
Excellent lazy (hungover) Sunday - caught Star Trek at the Alamo.
Fully satisfied after a sausage and beef plate at the Salt Lick.
